We are seeking a Direct Sales Representative with the ability to convince agents to become distributors for a business

**Responsibility**:

- Generate leads on your own.
- Convince customers to become agents or distributors.
- Totally Field Sales and Market Work
- Sometimes we also have to sell insurance policies to customers.
- Advice to the agent or distributor on how to convince customers to buy insurance
- Maintain relations with agents as well as with customers.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 1 or more years of experience in any field of sales.
- It is needed to have at least a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Know the local language.
- Mandatory: have a two-wheeler
- Age range: 21 to 38 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
