**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies in international markets to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and partners in various countries
- Proactively conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective marketing materials.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business leads
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and technology advancements.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Effective negotiator.
- Good conviction and high confidence.
- Min 1 year of sales and marketing experience in the IT services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and proposal development skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
