Business Developement Executive

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable BDE to join our team. This position is ideal for both experienced professionals or freshers with a passion for IT and excellent communication skills. As an BDE, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building client relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. You will also be involved in giving presentations to clients, understanding their requirements, and offering IT solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our IT solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of IT fundamentals and industry trends.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales goals.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work from the office.
