University Relations Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build a marketing plan for the University.
- Attend education fairs and recruitment events across India to meet and advise prospective students

processes.
- Support recruitment-focused events like offer-holder briefings and pre-departure events by booking

venue(s), sending invitations, calling for confirmations, etc.
- Conduct market research by gathering contact information for high school counselors and competitor institution entry requirements from India.

Participating in fairs conducted by stakeholders for recruitment purposes across
- Be responsible for booking travel requirements in line with set budgets.
- Leading and guiding team at each step
- Maximizing team efficiency
- Analyzing the market of India and outside India to growth of Reach
- Collaborate with our global partner universities to support of student recruitment
- Maximise efficiency, establish KPIs and conduct quality assessments
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Conduct agent counselor training sessions. (virtual and in-house)
- Assisting in building working relationships with recruitment agents.
- Duties, responsibilities and activities may be added or changed at any time as per the needs of our global university partner.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Extremely driven, competent to manage numerous projects independently
- Time-management and organisation abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and leadership qualities.
- Powerful presentation, persuasion/influence management, and excellent communication skills
- Willing To Travel in India as well as Outside India
- Proven experience in Public Relations Officer or Marketing or Hospitality field or related field.
- **Minimum 2 years Experience**

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 to ₹50,000.00 per month
