We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Marketing and Sales Executive to join our growing team in the bullion industry. The role involves extensive travel to meet clients directly, build relationships, and drive sales conversions. This position offers competetive incentives based on successful client acquisition and revenue generation.

**Responsibilities**:
1. *Client Acquisition:*
- Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new clients in the bullion industry.
- Build a pipeline of potential clients through proactive networking and relationship-building.

2. *Direct Marketing:*
- Implement direct marketing strategies to promote bullion products and services.
- Deliver values and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

3. *Sales Conversions:*
- Execute sales strategies to convert leads into satisfied clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship management.

4. *Client Relationship Management:*
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

5. *Market Research:*
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies.

6. *Travel:*
- Undertake frequent travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in marketing initiatives.
- Manage travel logistics efficiently to maximize client engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field marketing and sales, preferably in the bullion or other precious metals industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction.

**Incentives**:
This role offers a competitive incentive structure based on successful client acquisition, revenue generation, and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

**Salary**: 18k to 25k/month Based on Experience

Languages: Tamil and English (Additional Languages will be an added advantage)

Educational Qualifications: Any degree

Experience: Minimum one year as marketing executive
