Factory Supervisor

Job Summary: As a Factory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the factory to ensure efficiency, productivity and safety. You will manage a team of production workers and ensure that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the factory, including production, quality control, and maintenance. - Develop and implement production schedules and ensure that production targets are met. - Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste. - Ensure that products meet quality standards and comply with customer requirements. - Manage a team of production workers, including hiring, training, and performance management. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. - Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability. - Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any production-related issues. - Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement in the factory.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production-related issues. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements. - Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve production targets and quality standards. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
