**Polish Supervisor/Polish Foreman**

1. Supervise the activities of the Polish department. Comply with the delivery schedule on time. Create a proper schedule and follow up with team to meet the production target.

2. Regularly inspect to ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards. Quickly resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.

3. Lead and manage the production team, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations. Promote a positive and productive work environment to enhance employee morale and motivation.

4. Ensure that all safety protocols and rules are being followed at the workplace to create a safe environment for the employees. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store team to ensure adequate supply of raw materials for production process and ensure there is no material wastage.

5. Ensure that customer requirements are met as per their demand and products are delivered on time.

Complete Knowledge Of Supervising in Polish section.

**Must have Interior/ Furniture Manufacturing Factory.**

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 5- 7 Yrs

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
