**1. N.S. Will be responsible for Morning (8:00am) & Evening Rounds & present highlights of daily rounds to MD sir on daily basis.**

**2. N.S. will be responsible for Inventory Management.**

**3. N.S. will be responsible for proper records of Medicine Intend and patient care.**

**4. N.S. has to look after proper patient filling with every instructions being followed by nursing staff (proper medication, patient care, proper precautions mentioned by doctors )**

**5. N.S. will take care of all equipmental requirements of department**

**6. Proper filling of IPD / OPD patient details.**

**7. N.S. will investigate & resolve all the complaints regarding nursing & patient feedbacks.**

**8. N.S. Will ensure safe & efficient care rendered to patients in wards & ICU.**

**9. N.S. will monitor & maintain checklist for daily change of patient bed sheet, pillow cover & patient uniform.**

**10. N.S. will periodically interact with MD to discuss problems in nursing department.**

**11. N.S. will monitor & check for regular completion of nursing assessment form, nursing reassessment form, progress sheet, monitoring chart & all nursing registers with proper patient ID & UHID number.**

**12. N.S. will monitor & check for the cleanliness of ward & ICU.**

**13. All the discharge formalities must be completed a day prior to discharge plan.**

**14. Before discharge of the patient, the no dues form should be counter signed by N.S.**

**15. All patient files should be completed with each & every details and will be submitted to MRD section with proper approval of consultant.**

**16. Quality training of staff (Nursing + GDA).**

**17. Collection of Quality Indicators from all departments & Compilation at end of every month**

**18. Maintenance of Master File in each department.**

**19. Manpower management as per need of organisation includes recruiting new nursing staff + induction of new hiring.**

**20. Formulation of SOPs & Nursing manuals**

**21. Supervise & approve duty roster of staff.**

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
