**What are we looking for a.k.a “The JD”**:
We are looking for a responsible, enthusiastic and energetic HR & Admin Executive with a "_get-things-done_" attitude to look after office and HR activities and **who can join us immediately.**

**What will you be doing at Baker Street a.k.a “Your Responsibilities"**:

- Coordinate and oversee all office support activities, ensuring uninterrupted and smooth operations of all facilities including devices, internet, air-conditioning, intercoms, security systems etc.
- Vendor negotiation, management and co-ordination
- Co-ordinate internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, engagement and team-building events.
- Look after front-office reception, looking after our UHNI and HNI clients requirements when they visit
- Execute purchases, subscription plans, keep stock of stationery, assets, pantry etc. as per office needs.
- Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space
- Coordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance and renovations when necessary
- Responsible for office opening, closing, safety and security processes
- Assist in recruitment processes with scheduling appointments, etc.
- Look after onboarding, asset allocation, record keeping other such HR admin processes.
- Visit banks, clients etc for document/cheque work as required
- Any other tasks that management needs help with
- Proven experience in an HR & Admin role of at least 2 years.
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Must be approachable and helpful
- Innovative and solution-oriented

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
