Overseas Education Counselor

- Maintain and Update accurate student information from enquiry stage to enrolment
- stage in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on daily basis.
- Meet monthly targets and maintain conversion ratio.
- letters and enrolments information.
- Undertake project work as decided by the Office Manager, Senior Heads or the Directors.
- Maintain a professional relationship with students, internal offices staff and educational
- institutional representatives.
- Maintain good customer service, appraisal and feedback from all inquiries during allstages of the process

Skills and Experience:

- Good knowledge of International Education Industry
- Positive attitude and motivation to accomplish and overachieve assigned targets
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Ability to execute, plan and communicate activities on timely manner
- Goal orientated and proactive approach.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,775.84 per month
