Amc Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- **Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Management**:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of Annual Maintenance Contracts for UPS systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and finalize AMC agreements with clients.
- **Client Communication**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding AMC-related matters.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues related to UPS maintenance contracts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their AMC.
- **Sales Support**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for additional products and services.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide input for contract renewals.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of all AMC contracts, renewals, and client interactions.
- Prepare reports on the performance of AMC contracts, including service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Service Coordination**:
- Coordinate with the technical support and service teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of maintenance services.
- Schedule preventive maintenance visits and address any reactive maintenance requirements.
- **Contract Renewals**:
- Proactively engage with clients for contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for contract renewals.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in the UPS or industrial electronics industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of UPS systems and industrial electronics is a plus.
