- As a Client Communication and Project Coordinator at Codolin, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and external partners. You will be responsible for managing website design and development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.**Experience : 1-3 Years**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in client communication and project coordination, preferably in a digital agency environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with website design and development projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and resources internally and externally. Facilitate communication between designers, developers, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- **Upselling**: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or features to existing clients based on their needs and project requirements.
- **Quality Check**: Conduct thorough quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet established standards and client expectations. Provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement and adherence to quality guidelines.
- **Team Collaboration**: Foster collaboration and teamwork among internal and external team members. Facilitate communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
