Regional Sales In-charge

Retention and Expansion of existing customer
Coordinate with HO
Ensure minimum rotation of sales
Customer visit and quality assurance
Visit Customer before serving them first delivery jointly with RCM
Review customer with respect to creditability, consumption rate, before their onboard and approval of customer
Execute agreement with new customer before first delivery and ensure that
KYC documents are received.(Adhaar card and Shop Act certificate/GST
Certificate) jointly with RCM
Maintain regulator stock record
Periodical physical verification of stock and outstanding confirmation
Daily Route Planning jointly with RCM
Ensure recovery of outstanding of parties that are doubtful and coordinating
with Regional Commercial Manager and DFO
Coordinate with Stock Point and Plant for availability of stock

Frequent counter Visit & follow up for Outstanding
