**Position Overview**:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team as a Sales Lead Generator and Cold Calling Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and generate leads through strategic outreach and cold calling efforts, ultimately contributing to the growth and expansion of our customer base.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads and identify potential customers interested in solar panel mounting solutions.
2. Research and analyze target markets, industries, and demographics to identify key decision-makers and influencers.
4. Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and level of interest, and determine their potential as viable opportunities for sales conversion.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and coordinate follow-up actions, presentations, and proposals for qualified leads.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization in lead generation strategies.
8. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation activities, including calls made, appointments scheduled, and qualified leads generated.
**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing roles, with a track record of success in achieving targets and objectives.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects over the phone.
4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
5. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools for organizing and tracking lead activities and progress.
6. Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, particularly solar energy and related products, is a plus.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment, with a commitment to achieving collective goals and objectives.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
