- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the UPVC industry or related construction/building materials sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

**Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use this information to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Present and demonstrate our UPVC products to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product advancements, and market trends to effectively position our products in the market.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guwahati, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
