**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and present market entry strategies for new regions.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and prioritize key markets, prospects, and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of products/services.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market analysis.
- Adjust strategies as needed to meet changing market conditions and objectives.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international sales activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales and business development, preferably in [industry].
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in international markets.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
