As a Process Management Professional in our Finance team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
This role is part of the JPM Wealth Management Answers Administration team in Columbus, OH, and is aligned to the Wealth Management Business Administration & Operational Excellence organization. The team creates and manages procedures, job aids and reference information for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (e.g., CWM, National Branch, JPMA, Service Center, home office support functions).
**Responsibilities**:
- Capability to analyze data/information, and determine tactical and strategic impacts
- Proven collaboration and relationship building skills across lines of business, and with partners at all levels of the organization
- Process improvement and controls mindset and skills to enable evolution from current to future state
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and/or efficiencies in existing processes
- Responsive and adaptable to change
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, always changing environment
- Participates in the development of goals and execution of strategies within organization
- Responsible for decisions that are guided by policies and/or established processes
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Process improvement and controls mindset and skills that enable vision of evolution from current to future state while identifying gaps and opportunities for improvements / efficiencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Conflict resolution, change management, influencing, project management, delegation, and coaching skills
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Chase Wealth Management, J.P. Morgan Advisors, regulatory and/or wealth management experience
- Process management experience with business processes, and writing procedures, job aids and reference materials is preferred
- May be required to have business-specific skills or certification
- Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver and/or knowledge management tools/systems is preferred
