**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on order status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with a focus on resolving issues promptly and maintaining customer trust.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team.
- Assist in the preparation of sales targets and performance metrics.
- Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team, providing them with necessary information and support to achieve their targets.
- Liaise with marketing to ensure alignment between sales campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Ensure all sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders, are accurate and comply with company policies.
- Manage and maintain organized records of all sales-related documents.
- Assist in the preparation of legal and compliance documents as needed.

B-Tech in Mechanical ,Metallurgist or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or sales support role, preferably in the manufacturing or steel industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience in the steel industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and sales software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and listening skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, PPT, Excel)
- Organizational and Leadership abilities
- Should be residing in or nearby Khopoli
