Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by team
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these the same
- Meeting with managers in the organization for progressive planning
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products & updates
- Expanding the customer base by up-selling and cross-selling
- Responding to business queries and strong subsequent follow-ups
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly
- Conducting regular business reviews programs
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction
