Office Assistant

Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience into office assistant or back office preferred with minimum graduation required
- Communication skills should be good, fluent in English preferred
- Should be well versed in Excel, Ms office, Advance Excel.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
