**Job Title**: Food Packaging Incharge

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Supervise Packaging Team**: Lead and manage a team of packaging operators and technicians, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and working efficiently.

**2. **Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all packaged products meet our high-quality standards and regulatory requirements for Domestic and International Clients.

**3. **Production Planning**: Collaborate with production planners to ensure efficient production scheduling and packaging operations to meet demand.

**4. **Inventory Management**: Monitor packaging materials and supplies inventory levels, ensuring that adequate stock is maintained to meet production requirements.

**5. **Cost Control**:Implement cost-effective packaging processes and strategies to optimize resources and reduce waste.

**6. **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all packaging activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, and promote a culture of safety within the team.

**7. **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in the packaging department.

**8. **Reporting**:Prepare and maintain reports on packaging activities, including production output, quality control, and inventory levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Food Science, Packaging Engineering, Operations Management) is preferred.
- Proven experience in food packaging operations within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
