Reservation & Ticketing Executive

**Job Summary**: The Reservation and Ticketing Executive manages the booking, reservation, and issuance of travel tickets. This role involves assisting customers with their travel needs, providing ticket information, and ensuring the booking process follows transportation rules and policies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Booking and Issuing Tickets**: Process and issue tickets for flights, trains, buses, etc. Provide details on prices, schedules, and handle booking changes.
- **Customer Service**: Answer customer inquiries, resolve booking issues, and offer advice on travel options.
- **Travel Coordination**: Confirm bookings with transport providers and ensure all travel details are accurate.
- **Using Ticketing Systems**: Use booking systems to manage transactions and keep accurate records.
- **Billing and Payments**: Process payments, issue invoices, and handle refunds or cancellations.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other teams to ensure smooth customer experience and stay updated on policies.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure ticketing follows rules and generate reports for management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma required; degree/certification in travel/tourism is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in ticketing or customer service is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office/ticketing software.
- **Languages**: Knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi is a plus.
