**Planned Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Understand the Integrated Quality Management System
- Plan and schedule internal Audits
- Conduct Facilitations, internal Audits, configuration audits, and release audits and publish respective reports
- Analyze internal audit findings on a Quarterly and Yearly basis to identify CAPA.
- Identification of QMS changes / Improvements and incorporate changes to QMS
- Collection and Verification of project metrics on a monthly basis
- Establish PPBs and PPMs at the organizational level by using SQC techniques and Regression models.
- Support Project Managers on Quantitative Project Management
- Participate in Quality Management Reviews
- Establish project-defined processes for projects in line with client requirements and QMS
- Participate in the project review meetings
- Conduct training and performance workshops at the Organizational level
- Accountable for assigned responsibilities.
