**Salary**: Fresher - INR 14,000, Experienced - INR 20,000. Travel allowance will be provided.

Job Timing: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.

Job Summary:
As a Finance Faculty/Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training and conducting lectures for various finance courses offered by Enbridg. Your role will involve teaching and mentoring students, providing them with a strong foundation in finance principles, and preparing them for industry certifications. This position is based at our Thodupuzha location, and travel between these locations may be required.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct training sessions, lectures, and workshops for students enrolled in ICCA, ICFM, IFITM, IFRS, PGDCA, and PEFM courses.

2. Develop and deliver comprehensive course content, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises, to enhance students' understanding of finance concepts.

3. Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their queries and concerns, and ensuring an interactive and engaging learning environment.

4. Utilize various teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles and promote active participation among students.

5. Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, quizzes, examinations, and other assessment methods.

6. Stay updated with the latest developments, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.

7. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to review and enhance course materials based on industry changes and student feedback.

8. Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

9. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) will be an added advantage.

2. Previous experience in finance, accounting, or teaching/training is desirable but not mandatory.

3. Strong knowledge of finance principles, financial analysis, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

5. Passion for teaching and mentoring students, with a focus on their professional development.

6. Patience and empathy to address students' learning needs and concerns.

7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.

8. Proficiency in using financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, ERP systems) is preferred.
