Job Title: Corporate Trainer - Management Programs (MBA/MHA)

Location: Thrissur, Puzhakkal

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions for Management students, focusing on leadership, strategic management, and industry-specific skills.

2. Design and implement effective learning materials, including presentations, case studies, and simulations.

3. Collaborate with program coordinators to align training content with curriculum goals and student learning outcomes.

4. Conduct assessments to measure student progress and adapt training methods to meet diverse learning needs.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging practices, and advancements in management to enhance the relevance of training materials.

6. Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.

7. Participate in faculty development activities and stay abreast of advancements in teaching methodologies.

8. Contribute to the development and improvement of the overall academic experience for Management students.

**Qualifications**:
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's in Healthcare Administration (MHA) required.

Previous experience as a Corporate Trainer or in a teaching role within a higher education setting is highly desirable.

Strong expertise in Management, Leadership, and Strategic Planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to inspire and engage students in a global learning environment.

Familiarity with diverse teaching methodologies, including experiential learning and online education.

Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and integrating real-world examples into the curriculum.
