Job Description as below:
1) Manage administrative tasks for the Partner’s like managing appointments, travel booking like air tickets, car pick-ups, hotel arrangements, passport and visa formalities and compiling documents for travel-related meetings for Foreign Client visits.

3) Maintain records of renewals/subscription of credit cards, Insurance, Policies, Passports, Visa and other memberships

4) Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Partners and Vendors for smooth functioning of all the business activities, taking notes, prepare action plan and follow up thereof.

5) Taking up work related to Exhibitions (organized both within India and foreign countries), like fulfilling the required compliance for participating in the event, getting the best stall designed along with best and suitable display as per the Event theme.

6) Provide support for activities related to general administration and recruitment.

8) Timely renewal of AMC's of the Office Equipment's such as AC, FAX Machine, Computers, EPBAX, Aqua guard etc., also various Trade & Business licenses.

9) Handle all day to day office admin work or any nature as per instructions of Partners.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
