Key Responsibilities
- **Office Management**:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- **Travel & Event Support**:
- Arrange travel and accommodations for team members.
- Organize logistics for meetings, workshops, and events.
- **HR & Staff Support**:
- Assist with new staff onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Track attendance and leave, and support HR documentation.
- **Financial Assistance**:
- Process bills, invoices, and reimbursements.
- Manage petty cash and keep track of office expenses.
- **General Coordination**:
- Be the main contact for administrative inquiries.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
