Essential Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot technical issues affecting the infrastructure, and determine root cause to resolve problems returning services to normal levels
Lead the implementation of software upgrades, patches, and configuration changes. Ensure that they are implemented using established change management procedures.
Execute software deployments between the environments in the software development lifecycle as requested by project teams or end users
Assist new project teams and health plan partners in the onboarding process which includes software acquisition, security setup, and establishing their use of the various software development lifecycles
Provide support to project teams and end users of the information technology services and their associated enterprise software platforms
Participate on the on-call rotation for the information technology services supported by the team
Must have a good communication skill to communicate with clients and onsite team.
Should be responsible in day-to-day activities determined by the Project Manager/Team Lead.
Having production support experience is added advantage.
Other duties as assigned or requested.
Experience Required:
Overall IT experience - 8 years
Relevant in Informatica Administrator - 5 - 7 years
Good to have
Should have knowledge in HCM modules.
Must have strong knowledge and hands on experience in workday reporting and calculated fields.
Must have knowledge and hands on experience in EIB, core connectors worker, DT and studio integrations.
Should be able to identify and resolve the integration failures.
Should have experience in end-to-end development of integrations.
Location: Chennai/Hyderabad
