The sales management trainee will be responsible for learning and implementing sales strategies in order to achieve sales targets. They will receive comprehensive training in sales techniques, industry knowledge, and product knowledge. The trainee will be closely mentored by the sales manager and work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and grow revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in a structured training program to learn about the company's products, sales strategies, and industry trends.
- Shadow and assist senior sales team members in all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting products, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs, provide excellent customer service, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to further professional development and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and target industries.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Uphold the company's values and represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong passion for sales and a desire to build a career in sales management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits or industry events.
