**Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating all aspects of banquet and event functions, including meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events.
- Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
- Coordinate with various departments within the hotel, including catering, food and beverage, audiovisual, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Create and maintain detailed event schedules and timelines.
- **Client Communication**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather event details, provide updates, and address any concerns or requests.
- Ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded by delivering exceptional service.
- **Event Setup and Logistics**:

- Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces according to client specifications and hotel standards.
- Coordinate with the catering team to ensure timely delivery and presentation of food and beverages.
- Arrange for necessary equipment, decor, and other event supplies.
- **Staff Coordination**:

- Schedule and assign duties to banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and setup crews.
- Provide direction and support to staff during events to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct pre-event meetings to review event details and expectations with staff.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist with administrative duties related to event planning, including preparing contracts, invoices, and event orders.
- Maintain accurate records of event details, client preferences, and billing information.
- Handle inquiries, reservations, and bookings for banquet and event spaces.
- **Problem Solving and Guest Relations**:

- Anticipate and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events.
- Address guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain a positive and accommodating attitude to ensure a memorable guest experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,374.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
