**Position Overview**: The Tender Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the tendering process for various projects within the organization. This role involves ensuring that all bids are prepared accurately and submitted on time, while also maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Tender Management**:
- Oversee the entire Government & GEM tendering process from initiation to submission.
- Review and analyze tender documents and requirements to ensure compliance.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Collaborate with project managers, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather necessary information and inputs for tender submissions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all tender-related inquiries.
- **Document Preparation**:
- Prepare and compile tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain a database of tender submissions and outcomes.
- **Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and understand competitor strategies.
- Analyze tender specifications and requirements to identify risks and opportunities.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure all submissions are in line with company standards and client expectations.
- Implement best practices for tender management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Post-Tender Activities**:
- Track and report on the outcomes of submitted tenders.
- Facilitate debriefings and lessons learned sessions to improve future submissions.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance tendering operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender coordination or bid management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with E-Tendering Portals-Government and GEM portals.
- Good Typing speed (35-40 WPM)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
