**Job Role**
- Drive Performance for the team members.

- Prepare and execute on daily, short term and long-term objectives via effective planning.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements are adhered to.
- Drive team to achieve process KPI, process improvement and deliver Customer Delight.
- Manage and ensure quick Resolution of Escalations and issues raised by customers and stakeholders.
- Review process Audit/Escalation findings and implement RCA & CAPA to strengthen the process.Drive Improvement Initiatives and Projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Build effective relationships with associates, peers and supervisors to develop a high-performing team
- Analyze reporting and business trends to make strategic decisions to drive results
- Directly supervise the business, ensuring, and maintaining high-quality standards
- Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members. Should have exposure to Quality Tools or Leans or Six Sigma
- Must have Strong Accounts Knowledge and should have handled Special Projects and process improvement
- Change and strive for Betterment in the process and to manage the day-to-day execution, including workload management, prioritization and team utilization
- Excellent Communication and Demonstrate Strong Process Knowledge and Operational excellence
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Sound accounting knowledge
