**About Us**:We are an integrated legal service firm having our office at **Block A, Connaught Place, Mid circle-New Delhi, Delhi **and are now launching medico-legal support services dedicated to helping healthcare professionals (HCPs) to enable them to navigate the complexities of legal compliance, mitigate legal-risk, and help them resolve the legal disputes with amicable solutions (private mediations), and provide the litigation support in the situations and alleged cases of medical negligence, deficiency in medical services, medical malpractice, medical errors and mismanagement etc. We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Medical Representatives. If you have a passion for healthcare, medical - legal (medic-legal) services, and sales, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA)**:

- **Promoting and Selling Services**:

- Actively promote and sell medico-legal support services to all healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff.
- Develop strategies to increase market penetration and service visibility.
- **Building Relationships**:

- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with healthcare providers.
- Regularly visit healthcare professionals to build rapport and trust.
- **Service Knowledge**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clinilegal's services, their benefits, and any new developments.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor offerings.
- **Conducting Presentations**:

- Organize and conduct service presentations and meetings to inform and educate healthcare professionals about new or existing services.
- Distribute informational materials and trial access to medico-legal services to doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential areas for service promotion and sales growth.
- Create reports and share the same with the management team or person authorized from time to time.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer needs to the management.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Work towards successfully achieving sales targets set by the company through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- **Handling Queries and Complaints**:

- Address any queries or complaints from healthcare professionals regarding the services and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by following up with healthcare professionals and ensuring their satisfaction with the services in line.
- **Training**:

- Participate in training programs to enhance service knowledge, sales techniques, and understanding of regulatory guidelines.
- **Territory Management**:

- Manage assigned territories effectively by planning routes, pre-scheduling & scheduling visits, and optimizing time to cover maximum healthcare professionals.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members/marketing department, and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies as applicable.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels of promotional materials and service access to ensure availability and timely delivery to healthcare providers.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Gather feedback from healthcare professionals about the services and share insights with the company to improve service offerings and strategies.
- **Adherence to Protocols**:

- Follow our firm’s protocols and procedures, including those related to reporting, safety, and compliance with medical
- legal standards.
- Be committed towards the firm’s work and should be highly professional.
- Restrict itself to maintain the firm’s confidential information and intellectual property and marketing strategies that you built acumen of while being part of the firm and never act against or in contrary to the vested interest of the firm.

**Qualifications**:

- 0-3 years of experience.
- Preferably in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Sales professionals from the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry or any other who are familiar with working closely with doctors and medical institutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
