Following up with all units for readiness date and send to customer for LC/TT

2. Lc draft approval to send to customer and follow with bank for original Lc transmitted.

3. Following up with units regarding material ready date and arrange container.

4. Following up with CHA for container movement to unit/regarding, commission/ LC details and any special instructions pre-shipment details through mail,

5. Before stuffing, to enter LC details in SAP

6. Ocean freight comparison with forwarders and CHA’s in various ports and consult with Head-Marketing and arrange containers

7. Providing despatch intimation and any special shipping instructions through mail before one day to units for arrangements,

8. Co-ordination with unit for dispatch and helping them in documentation.

if necessary

9. To co-ordinate with import dept., reg EPCG License for PM units despatches

10. Arranging samples to customers/agents & follow-up

12. Weekly stock to be prepare and discuss with Head Marketing and send report to ED

13. Fund flow statement to be prepared along with other export team and complete with in 4 th of every month.

14. Signed documentation to be arrange and send to bank for LC documents.

15. All commission bills, CHA freight bills to be check before payment,

16. Variable pay measurements to be entered in SAP every month with in 28th

17. TJ India documents to be arrange with all documents and send with in next day to customer,

18. For Turkey shipments to be arrange export registry form

19. For Egypt customer to be upload shipping documents in block chain

20. Any customer required vendor form to be fill and send.

21. Original Lc receive from BLUE DART / Sky stock courier, payment to be arrange

22. Any special certificate required by customer to be arrange from CHA and agents,

23.shipping bill copies, Callao shipment liner letter)

24.Providing data to CHA to close show cause notice issue from customs.

25.Giving BL approval to CHA’s.

26.coordinate with CHA for import containers.

27.Preparing monthly sales.

28.Sending shipment details, copy documents and AWB number to customers.
