- 1. To maintain all files of the Wksp and take them on his personal charge.
2. To prepare statements, returns and other information relating to establishment as directed.
3. To be functionally responsible to the Office Supdt of the Dept/Sec.
4. To ensure timely preparation of reports and returns.
5. To render such other services as directed from time-to-time for the betterment of the Administration,
6. To maintain all connected documents like service book of the employees and audit reports etc.
7. To maintain accounts of the Finance Sec as per laid down procedure.
8. To prepare the parade state/payroll etc of the dept/sec.
9. To maintain all ledgers and registers of the dept.
10. To make entry neatly and correctly in the Service book.
11. To be well versed with Microsoft Office incl Word, Excel and Power point.
12. To be able to type 35 words per minute.
13. To have min qualification as 12th in English medium.
14. Will not be handling secrete and confidential documents/Dak and will only handle unclassified and restricted documents/Dak.
