Job Title: Hospital Clerk (Data Entry and Digitization)

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospital Clerk to join our healthcare team. The primary responsibility of this position is to digitize paper-based files and perform accurate data entry tasks to ensure the timely and efficient management of patient records.

Key Responsibilities: - Digitize paper-based medical records by scanning and indexing patient documents into the hospital's electronic health record system. - Enter patient demographic information and medical history into the electronic health record system with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. - Maintain and organize medical records in both paper and digital format. - Assist in the retrieval and distribution of patient medical records as needed. - Respond to requests for patient information in a timely and accurate manner. - Ensure that all medical records are kept confidential and secure. - Keep up-to-date with changes in data entry software and technology. - Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred. - Previous experience in data entry and/or medical record management preferred. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹10,994.34 - ₹18,000.00 per month
