**Job Title**: Tele Calling Executive
**Job Summary**: Initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective leads in order to make the leads attend the webinar meetings.
**Responsibilities and Skills**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Contacting respective leads and making them aware of the webinar conducted by the company.
- Contacting existing leads as well as prospective leads using scripts.
- Following up with the leads and ensuring their attendance in the webinar.
- Asking questions to the leads and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the webinar.
- Making records of all the phone calls.
- Maintaining the database of the leads on a regular basis.
**Qualification and Skills**:
- Languages - English & Kannada (mandatory) + Telugu/Tamil/Hindi (Total Any 3)
- Fresher (Any qualification)
- Age - 20-30
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills

5.Handling Objections: Address customer objections and concerns effectively and attempt to convert them into sales opportunities.
6.Script Adherence: Follow predefined scripts and guidelines while making calls to ensure consistency in messaging and to deliver the intended sales pitch.
7.Data Entry: Accurately record and maintain customer information and details of the calls made in the company's database or CRM system.
8.Meeting Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets as set by the organization.
9.Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
10.Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to the marketing and sales teams to improve product/service offerings and overall customer experience.
11.Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers during the conversation.
12.Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
13.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential target segments, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
14.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant telecalling regulations and company policies during customer interactions.
15.Time Management: Efficiently manage time and call volumes to maximize productivity and achieve daily call targets.
16.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on call metrics, lead generation, and sales performance for review by supervisors and management.
17.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques to enhance telesales skills.
18.Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of call outcomes, sales data, and customer interactions for future reference and analysis.
19.Adaptability: Be adaptable to different customer personalities and situations, and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
20.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and sales teams to share best practices and strategies for improving overall sales performance.
