**About Us**:
Wowidays is a leading name in the travel industry, providing exceptional holiday packages, events, MICE, and more. As we continue to expand, we are looking for dynamic **Sales Executives** to join our team and help drive growth by selling travel packages and solutions to customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential clients to sell holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel stays, and other travel-related services (both domestic and international).
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their travel needs are met and delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing deals and converting leads into bookings.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest travel packages, promotions, and services offered by Wowidays to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
- **Market Research**: Research and understand the latest trends in the travel industry, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
- **Cross-Selling & Upselling**: Maximize sales opportunities by offering additional services such as visa assistance, travel insurance, and event passes.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and bookings using CRM tools. Prepare regular sales reports for management.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales (2+ years), preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations is a plus.
