Role Title : Industry 4.0 PMO Assistance

Experience : 3 + Years

**1.Role Purpose**:
a. This Role will be responsible for coordinating information between PCBL Smart Factory vendors and various Software teams like Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Team, LIMS team, Warehouse (ASRS-warehouse) team and SAP team. Status tracking, follow up of various tasks for smart factory project.

b. Middle level PMO with 3+ years of experience in handling software projects.

c. Checking availability of SAP team, MES teams, LIMS teams and business teams for meetings to discuss on crucial smart factory topics.

d. AWS cloud services (API and dashboard developments) developments monitoring and status reporting.

e. Performing project management activities. Project Monitoring, Project Status tracking, Project coordination and project closure.
- Must be an engineer / Science graduate with some experience (2 yrs.) in any production companies.
- Must be a quick learner from real world and on-the-job experiences.
- Resource must know basic IT tools (MS-Office, etc.), should be able to prepare PPTs in short time.
- Must have experience of IT/OT project execution and monitoring exposure.
- Understanding of OT infrastructure and landscape with security will be an advantage.
- Have idea about Databases Software (MS-SQL), Time series software etc.
- Experience in project progress monitoring, project coordination, discussing and understanding requirement, and collecting relevant data form business teams / vendors.
- Idea about cloud infrastructure, cloud security and AWS services is preferred.
- Job responsibilities will require to creating different data flow diagrams of the process discussed with business teams.
- Follow-up with various stake holders about the information required.
- Throughout their day, they need to organize and join meeting with vendors and business leaders.
- Should be good in written English and able to note and articulate the minuets of meeting with proper action points, responsible, deadlines etc.
- Understanding of SAP processes and modules will be an advantage.
- Should be aware about the generic processes of any production company.
- Should be aware IEC 62443 an international series of standards that address cybersecurity for operational technology in automation and control systems.

**2.** **KEY RESULT AREAS**:
**1)** **Project Co-ordination**-Check availability of various Smart Factory Teams (Both Internal and External Teams) ,

**How-**create PPTs and arrange meetings and share information/MOMs.

**MEASUREMEN- **Adherence to Project Schedule. MoM circulation within stipulated time.

**2)** **Project Monitoring & Status Tracking**

**How** - Follow-up with Smart Factory Teams for Status Updates. Update PMO Team on any deviations.

**MEASUREMENT-**Adherence to Project Schedule. MoM circulation within stipulated time.

**3)** **Project Closure**

**How **Prepare the documentation for project closure. Follow-up with Smart Factory Teams for handing-over documentation.

**MEASUREMENT** - Sign-off on Documentation as per the stipulated timeline.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
