Working Days
- 6 (Sunday off)

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for end-to-end Seller Support & Account Management.
- Ability to manage allocated sellers.
- Drive GMV, Listings, Promotions, Inventory and Geographic expansion.
- Seller Escalation Management - understand and solve seller problems.
- Educating sellers on product/process/policy know-how.
- Plan and drive key business initiatives across sellers to enhance seller health.
- Should have excellent communication skills in **English & Hindi** (no MTI)
- Should be comfortable working from the office

**Salary **
- Freshers - 11.5k in hand

Experienced - up to 18K in hand (hike will be as per last drawn salary & experience)
