**Job Title**: Guest Relationship Executive
**Location**: On-site at Inspira Builders LLP Project Locations
**Department**: Sales & Customer Relations
**Reports to**: Sales Manager / Project Head
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Customer Engagement: Welcome and greet clients visiting the project site, ensuring a warm and positive first impression.
Project Information: Provide detailed information to clients regarding the project, including pricing, layout options, and available amenities.
Guided Tours: Conduct on-site property tours, showcasing model apartments, plots, or villas, while highlighting key features and benefits.
Customer Queries: Address any client questions or concerns related to the project and coordinate with relevant departments to provide timely responses.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and feedback using the company's CRM software.
Sales Assistance: Collaborate with the sales team by supporting the closing process and ensuring smooth documentation and follow-up.
Event Participation: Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events or open houses to boost customer engagement.
Customer Feedback: Gather client feedback post-visits and share insights with the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Professionalism: Maintain a clean, presentable appearance and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all times.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the on-site team to provide seamless service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
