**Basic Requirements**

**Job Title**: Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Maintenance

**key Responsibilities**:
**Maintenance Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, to ensure the reliability of equipment and facilities.

**Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, ensuring a high level of motivation, productivity, and skill development.

**Budget Management**: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, including cost control, resource allocation, and cost-effective procurement of spare parts and equipment.

**Asset Management**: Maintain an up-to-date asset register, prioritize maintenance activities based on criticality, and ensure maximum uptime of equipment and facilities.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, and implement best practices to promote a safe and sustainable working environment.

**Vendor Management**: Collaborate with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.

**Continuous Improvement**: Continuously analyze maintenance processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.

**Reporting**: Prepare regular maintenance reports and present performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

**Emergency Response**: Develop and implement emergency response plans for critical maintenance situations, ensuring mínimal downtime during unexpected breakdowns.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
