As the Deputy General Manager (DGM) of Maintenance, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating all aspects of repair, overhaul, and maintenance activities in our Sheet Metal Manufacturing facility in Lucknow. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and the overall equipment reliability. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining our high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Maintenance Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

2. **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance professionals, including supervisors, engineers, and technicians.

3. **Equipment Maintenance**: Oversee the repair, overhaul, and preventive maintenance of all machinery and equipment in the manufacturing plant.

4. **Budget Management**: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.

5. **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices, promoting a culture of safety within the team.

6. **Asset Management**: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, spare parts inventory, and equipment history.

7. **Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality.

8. **Continuous Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements and modernization projects to enhance overall operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) or equivalent.
- 12+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul within the Sheet Metal Manufacturing Industry.
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a successful track record of managing maintenance teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
