As a Tele Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone with the goal of promoting our products/services and generating sales leads. Your duties will include:

- Conducting outbound calls to prospects from provided leads or cold-calling lists.
- Introducing our company, products, and services to potential customers.
- Engaging in persuasive conversations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Keeping accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with team members and sharing best practices to improve overall performance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in tele marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales/marketing is a plus.
