3. ⁠responding to customer inquiries within company hours.

4. ⁠Providing proactive customer outreach.

5. ⁠engaging in customer conversations on social media & proactively asking customers for feedback.

6. ⁠Handling customer complaints.

7. ⁠Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

8. ⁠Responding to customer reviews.

9. ⁠Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics.

10. ⁠Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.

Qualification:

- Any degree with relevant work experience
- ⁠Good communication skills with system knowledge
- ⁠Passion to handle and interact with customers.
- ⁠Ability to multitask.

Package : 1.45L- 1.8L CTC

Pay: ₹145,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
