**Job description**
- Need to take care of inbound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned person
- Maintain the stock record and other MIS related files
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Should have very well knowledge of advanced excel, word and power point.
- Good in finance and good accounting background.
- Should be able to present MIS which is meaningful to the organization.
- Should be able to be designing, monitoring, analyses the details and the MIS.

- Excellent at multi-tasking, problem solving, service orientation, highly flexible and proactive
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in excel
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Should be comfortable traveling
- Must be a Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Regional language.
- Experience - min 2 yrs. in Administration and procurement role.
- Experience in transport operations
- Looking for 2-4yrs experience in core admin + transportation
**Salary**: ₹139,273.66 - ₹297,117.74 per year
