**Position Objective**:
We are seeking a dedicated Process Associate with a minimum of 1year of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our retail operations by managing various backend tasks, including basic accounting, stock management, order tracking, customer coordination, and more.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create and issue quotations for customers based on their requirements. Assist in training new employees on backend tasks and procedures.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses
- Assist in modifying and updating customer inquiries and orders as needed.
- Keep track of customer orders, communicate delivery schedules, and address customer queries when required.
- Collaborate with the display team to plan and coordinate the arrangement of products in-store.
- Oversee the creation and placement of stickers for pricing and product information
- Manage customer grievances and generate reports as necessary to address concerns and improve service.
- Handle the removal and arrangement of product samples and displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by handling voucher entries, ensuring that accounting data is up to date.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's (B.Com)degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a preference for those who have worked in a retail store.
- Proficiency in basic accounting, voucher entries, and financial record-keeping.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt to changing needs and a strong commitment to ensuring operational efficiency.
- Languages Preferred - Hindi, Kannada and English

**Perks**

Package: ₹ 2.4 to 3 LPA

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
