Position Summary

**Job Description**:
HR Business Partner: Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level. Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach. Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change). Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives. May play a role in administering talent management and succession planning activity within client organization. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Directs the work of managers and senior managers and their subordinates.

Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible to create a superior employee experience by enabling and co-working with the Lead HRBPs in executing and delivering HR strategies and initiatives across all levels of the function/department.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a consultant for other positions in the department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Supporting the work of people capability department by collaborating closely with the Business Partners.
- Driving People Capability initiatives and projects.
- Leading and support tasks on engagements related but not limited to HR Service Delivery, Learning & Development, Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programs.
- Reinforcing Policies & Practices - Promptly escalate and assist to resolve issues.
- Supporting the induction/orientation process for newly hired employees to ensure adaptation to the Company.
- Supporting people managers on evaluating performance, developing, and motivating their team members, and making decisions aligned to our talent philosophy.
- Employee Relations Management - Support senior HR business partner and work with the Central HR OPS Team on process and decisions relating to complex cases with financial or legal risks, redundancies, grievances, disciplinary actions.
- Supporting recruiting programs being aligned with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Relocation & Transfer - Collaborate closely with the HR & Administration Team on Domestic & international mobility.
