Receive enquiry/purchase orders from Sales team and send acceptance or amendments. Generate quotations, P.I., S.O. etc. in Software
- Get answers for queries of sales team/customers, prepare quotations, Performa Invoices and forward in timely manner,
- Co-ordinate with Sales team and arrange technical literature like Drawings / QAP (Quality Assurance Process) / Data Sheets /Pictures/ Catalogues etc. if required by Sales team & as per their requested method.
- Coordinate with Dispatch team to answer dispatch related queries & providing related documents like LR/TC/Invoice Copy etc. as required by Sales team.
- To provide all assistance on Complaints & feedbacks to Sales Team & maintain data in prescribed manner.
- To collect & arrange all documents related to Approval Requests & submit the same in prescribed manner.
- Filling all official documents in prescribed manner as per File Numbers.
- To follow up Sales team for pending payments as instructed by your reporting supervisor. To periodically send outstanding lists to concerned sales team as instructed by your reporting supervisor.
- To assist concerned sales team with travel arrangements.
- To make all necessary arrangements for visitors like inspectors, consultants, corporate guests of concerned sales team.
- To provide timely reminders to concerned sales team for important dates & documents like

MSAF etc.
- Other task assigned by Reporting Manager & Management.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
