**Job Description for Executive - Online Retail Accounts Management**
- **About the Company**:

- **Position**: Business Development Executive - Online Retail Accounts Management
- **Job Role**:

- Daily keywords and ads campaigns management
- Manage algorithm on ad campaigns across retail channels to boost sales performance vis-à-vis advertisements.
- Develop ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Pioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales.
- Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results
- Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers.
- Actively participate in scheduled internal weekly and annual sales meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information.
- Listing and inventory management.
- Payment reconciliation for retail platforms.
- **Skill(s) required**:

- Must have knowledge of ecommerce platforms(Flipkart,Amazon,Snapdeal,Limeroad,etc)
- Good knowledge of MS Office(excel,word,ppt)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for ecommerce field.
- Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
- Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, LinkedIn Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter.
- Analyze, plan and execute on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.

- **Job Qualifications**:

- Educational qualification: Graduation from a recognized University.
- More than 2 years Ecommerce experience in Beauty Products, Cosmetics, etc. is preferred.
- Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
- Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model.
- **Salary**: 21K - 27K per month
- **Location**:Shahpur Jat (South Delhi)
- **Working Days**: 6 days a week

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
